Whether it is through speaking to provide information to help you prevent chronic diseases or through coaching to help you create and live out your unique wellness vision, my goal is to help you become the person you were created to be, living a healthy life filled with purpose, energy and joy.

About me in five words….

Faith: My Christian faith is the centerpiece of my life. My goal is to live a humble and grateful life, loving and serving God and loving and serving people.

Family: I was a single, working mom for 17 years! This was a stressful and difficult time but my children and I- we were a team. We helped, encouraged and depended on one another and this created a strong bond between us. My children are now grown and married with children of their own. I have four grandchildren. Each one brings me great joy.

Friends: I value my friendships tremendously and I’m intentional about making time to spend with my friends.

Flowers: I love flowers! I have multiple rose bushes, blue hydrangeas and pink peonies in my yard. I have also grown zinnias and sunflowers at our church garden to take to a nursing home.

Food: I love to cook and find new ways of preparing food that is so delicious people can’t believe it’s healthy! I would love it if you would join us in this cooking and eating adventure.
